At The Builders Manor, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must be in their original, unopened, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.Clearance, custom, or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, damaged, or installed products. Custom orders or made-to-measure items. Special order or clearance items.

Return Process

Contact us at 9059718877 to request a Return Authorization. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The Builders Manor does not offer pick-up services for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection approval, less the 25% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If you notice any damages or defects, report them to us within 48 hours. Claims outside this window may not be honored.
